Our Medical Director, our expert physician team, personally reviews every patient case. She evaluates your lab work, health history, and goals to determine the appropriate treatment protocol. If approved, she writes your prescription. If she has questions or needs additional information, our team will reach out. No auto-approvals — every prescription reflects genuine medical judgment.
503A Pharmacy Compounding
Your prescription goes to our licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in Libertyville, Illinois. Your medication is compounded in a USP 797/800 compliant cleanroom under cGMP standards. Every batch is third-party tested for purity, potency, and sterility before it leaves the facility.
Cold-Chain Overnight Delivery
Your medication ships directly to your door via overnight delivery in temperature-controlled packaging. Cold packs and insulated containers ensure stability from pharmacy to patient. You’ll receive tracking information and dosing instructions with every shipment.
